Please take a moment to donate to the PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, the 16th Annual Redhawk Run-A-Thon, which will be held on Friday, September 25th, 2026. It only takes a few minutes of your time, but your donation provides so much throughout the year.

Running Springs Academy PTA
To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of the Running Springs Academy PTA, I’d like to invite you to join our 17th Annual Run-A-Thon as an event sponsor. The Run-A-Thon is our biggest fundraiser of the year and raises money so that we can provide every child with enrichment programs such as curriculum-based assemblies, school-wide student and family events, an IT specialist, Physical Education teacher and so much more. Running Springs Academy students will collect pledges from friends and family members before running with their classmates at the Run-A-Thon on Friday, September 25th, 2026. Our goal this year is to raise $45,000 through individual donations and business sponsorships.
The Run-A-Thon provides an opportunity to promote your company, engage with the local community, and support the teachers and students of Running Springs Academy. We would love your consideration participating as a community sponsor in one of the following ways:
Any Donation
- 🍫 Earn a Candy Bar or Popsicle
Redhawk Rookie Level – $25+ Donation
Includes:
Varsity Athlete Level – $100+ Donation
Includes all previous prizes, plus:
- Chick-fil-A Kids Meal
- Rudy's Victory Ice Cream Social (Party will be held in the MPR after school. Date TBD.)
All-Star MVP Level – $250+ Donation
Includes all previous prizes, plus:
- FREE Concourse Bowling Game
- Glow-in-the-Dark Karaoke Pep Rally with Rudy
- Special treats and prizes
Hall of Fame Level – $500+ Donation
Includes all previous prizes, plus:
- Yard sign displayed at the school
- Student's name on the school marquee for one week
- Kona Ice Truck at lunch
- VIP S'mores & Photo Celebration with Rudy (Student + 1 guest)
Redhawk Champion Level – $1,000+ Donation
Includes all previous prizes, plus:
- Banner displayed at school all year
- Free Spirit Pack lunch on the day of the Run-A-Thon
- Ultimate RSA Family Fan Pack, including:
- Treats
- 15 tickets to Family Fun Night
- 4 passes to Family Game Night
- 10 tickets to December Crafts
Important Run-A-Thon Notes
- Prize levels are based on the total donations collected per student.
- T-shirt sponsor names are based on the total donations collected per family.
- Deadline for names to be printed on the event T-shirt: September 8.
- Donations qualifying for prizes will be accepted through October 2.
We are also seeking donations in the form of
- products/services to be used on the day or the event and
- prizes for students who meet specific fundraising goals.
If you are able to contribute, please make your check payable to “Running Springs PTA” and write “Run-A-Thon” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to Running Springs Academy or hand delivered to a PTA executive committee member. If you’d like to have your company logo on the shirts, please email it no later than September 8th to runningspringsrunathon@gmail.com.
