Fill the Van Food Drive

 

The Take Action Club and Running Springs PTA are excited to host this year’s Thanksgiving Food Drive, and we need your support to make it a success!

 

 

How You Can Help

  1. Pick Up a Bag: From Wednesday, November 6th to Friday, November 8th, families can pick up an empty grocery bag after school in front of the 2nd grade gate.
  2. Fill the Bag: Fill the bag with non-perishable food items that will help local families in need this Thanksgiving.
  3. Return the Filled Bag: Once you've filled the bag, return it to the MPR with your name and teacher’s name on it. As a thank-you, every filled bag will receive an Otter Pop! 🧊

 

Volunteer Opportunities
We also need volunteers to help load donations into the van:

  • Thursday, November 14th: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
  • Friday, November 15th: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

 

Donation Pick-Up Location
A table will be set up outside the 2nd grade gate from Wednesday, November 6th to Friday, November 8th, where students can pick up bags for the Thanksgiving food drive.

 

Where Will the Donations Go?
All food donations will be delivered to local food banks, and all pasta donations will be sent to the Anaheim White House to support their efforts at Caterina’s Club.
